Positive: The owners of the property are super nice people and helpful. The apartment is clean and nicely situated, close to a beach and only a few minutes walk to town center. I would chose this one again if I'm back in Split.
Negative: Sound from the outside carries very easily inside as the windows are only single glazed.

Positive: Appartement is really great located. 5 to 10 min to the beach depending if you like sand or rocks one. 15 min from city center by walk. Fully equipped and Dina was so so nice with us. She do not hesitate to share best places to visit, eat… I would recommend this place a hundred !

Positive: We had a fantastic 5 night stay in this property as it met all our needs and was spotlessly clean. The property has everything we could have asked for, the location is great as it is close to the Riva and beaches. Dina is a super accommodating host who provided us with plenty of information and suggestions which helped us enjoy the trip even more.

Positive: Very clean and nice apartment. Location is also good. Store, bakery and pizzas/burgers are near. To the beach is only abour 300m. Our favorite beaches were Basvice in the morning and Firule in the evening. Next to the Basvice beach was playground for children. Even the Joker Mall was near - only 2km. Bed was big enough for 3 people (2adults and 3yo). Wolt works great on that area and made our holiday super simple. With 3yo it's almost impossible to go to the town and choose restaurant where we can sit and enjoy our meal... So wolt is helping us, and we tested local meals. Super! And owners were great! 10/10. ❤️

Positive: Our stay was perfect! The location is excellent, with easy access to everything we needed. Our hosts Dina and Ivo were incredibly kind, providing us with helpful links for restaurants, cafes, parking options, and must-visit spots in Split. The place was spotless and cozy, making us feel right at home.

Positive: The accommodation was clean, comfortable and well situated for Split Old Town and the port. The owners couldn't have been more helpful and arrival and departure were simple and straightforward.
Negative: It's not a dislike but worth knowing that the accommodation is beside a school so a bell rings each morning (good alarm call actually!). There are also some ship noises early in the morning.

Positive: The apartment was very fresh and clean and there was everything we needed. The host was very nice and even left us some snacks and drinks, also toiletries and kitchen essentials were provided. The bed is very big and comfy, good shower, free WiFi and tv with some English and foreign channels. Good location with few minutes to main town area and beaches, also few shops, supermarket, bakery and fast food round the corner.
Negative: Located next to school so a bit noisy at times, also church bells rang at 7:30 every morning.
Summary: Nice and clean apartment with walking distance to town.
